Now it’s another vital game, away from home, against the 3rd-placed Unión Española. Coquimbo Unido don’t have a fully-fit squad because the youngster José Aguilera was injured during the match against Colo Colo.

There is a "Sub 21 Rule" in Chile. Each team has to give youngsters a total of minimum 2,142 minutes through the season but Coquimbo Unido only had 1,690. 452 minutes to give to the youngsters with 7 games remaining. If they break the rule, they will lose points.

But the really good thing here is that Unión Española are going well. They can be soon out of the Top 3 if they continue like this, but it seems inevitable. Coquimbo Unido aren’t so bad. They have fresh experiences of reaching semifinal of Copa Sudamericana, just eliminated by the later champion Defensa y Justicia.
