Fuenlabrada is one of the worst teams in the league. They are one above the bottom (21), with a very weak attack (just 25 goals scored) and only 4 wins after 30 rounds played. The fact that the topscorer of the team is a midfielder (veteran Pedro Leon) gives you an idea of their weak attack.

They have won just one game in the last 5 months, which came against Las Palmas (3:2) luckily: they scored from a penalty and finally achieved the winner thanks to an own goal at 88’.

They don't have many options to avoid relegation. With only 12 rounds to play, they are 9 points below the safe zone and their performances are so poor. They tried changing the coach, but they are still playing badly. In the previous game they weren't even able to manage the advantage, as they were leading 0:1 vs Zaragoza (thanks to an own goal again) but went down in the second half and conceded two goals.

On the other hand, Malaga is having a bad season too. Are dangerously close to relegation (7 points above) but have a lot of confidence after winning the “final” against Amorebieta two weeks ago (a very important game as their rival was in the relegation zone) and achieve a draw away vs a playoff team like Ponferradina.

For Fuenlabrada this is a must win but I don't see them being able to do it. Are making a lot of defensive mistakes and today will be forced to be offensive and nervous, something which I expect Malaga will take advantage of. I’m expecting a clever match by Malaga, given the urges that hosts have. Something similar as they did against Amorebieta two weeks ago, where hosts were in the same situation and Malaga made a great game winning 1:2.
