Gameday in Iwata for the second round of the J League between Iwata & Shimizu.

It's a derby so it's gonna be a really good game to watch and Shimizu will get a good support from their fans despite they play on the road.

Iwata should be full line up for this game.

Shimizu will be without Daiki Matsuoka & Thiago Santana.

Shimizu just played in Cup few days ago but they put a reserve line up so it will not affect them.

On the first game of the season Iwata faced Avispa, they didn't deserve to get a draw because Avispa dominated them but at least it was a positive result for them.

On their side Shimizu faced Sapporo, they made 1-1 but it was a very lucky result because they hadn't the best line up, they got missings, surely because of COVID.

Shimizu was a team who had to fight against the relegation last season but for this season I expect them in a safer position and they should get more positive results, even more once Thiago Santana will be back in the team.

Iwata was a solid team in J League 2 but of course once they promote they become an average team, they didn't invest that much to get a stronger team.

For this game Iwata is going with the same team as against Avispa, they have only one change.

On their side Shimizu is also going with the same line up as the previous game but this team we have important midfield Benjamin starting. On the bench we have Junior who is back in the team, we should him enter in the game.

I expect 1-1 here and Shimizu to dominate a bit more.
