CD Mafra are one of the best teams of the 2nd League in terms of collective quality and due to their collective quality we can say that they have good individual quality but in fact most of their players were playing in the 3rd League last season. I cannot rule them out of the fight for promotion. The coach Ricardo Sousa is doing an excellent job and for sure next season he will be coaching any team from the 1st League. They are doing a very good season, as they did already history for achieving the semi-finals of the Portuguese Cup and will play against Tondela in 2 games and I think they have a very good chance to achieve a final against Sporting or Porto because Tondela really need to worry and focus on the league.

Penafiel invested a lot this season to get promoted to the 1st league, but the coach Pedro Ribeiro (the coach that started the season and not the current one) had no hands to drive that "Ferrari" of the 2nd League. After a lot of bad results and disappointing the direction of the club he got sacked but they changed him for an even worse, the portuguese Filipe Rocha known as Filó. In his last jobs he got sacked from all, 2 seasons ago was sacked from Paços de Ferreira, last season was sacked from Feirense, this season already coached Sporting da Covilha for 4 games and I don't think that he will finish the season in Penafiel due to bad results and how the team is playing. They are playing really bad and just create some chances in some random plays or in set pieces. I think that they can't stop the strength and the mobility of Mafra and for sure they can't beat them. The topscorer of the team is suspended due to yellow cards and will miss this game.
