On their side Kumamoto is the newly promoted team in J league 2, they finished rank 1 with 15 wins, 9 draws & 4 losses for 39 goals scored & 20 goals conceded.

Both teams will be teams who will fight against the relegation but I still rate Kumamoto as the stronger team.

Renofa lost a lot of players compare to the last season and they didn't make strong additions, they decided to invest less for this season so they don't have any foreigners, of course foreigner doesn't mean especially that they are strong but usually it's always good for team to get imports.

On their side Kumamoto made some additions for this season, they didn't lost a lot of players and they kept almost the whole team, so they have a good chemistry. About the foreigner, they continue with Thales Paula who already was there last season.

I expect 1-1 on this game and Kumamoto to dominate a bit more.
