Blackburn host Middlesbrough for this Round 28 of The Championship early Tuesday morning Beijing time at Ewood Park. Both are traditional clubs and have played in The Premier League in the past. The Championship is pretty high-level and I recommend my fans to watch this league too!This match, however, despite having 2 good times go head to head will probably not be the most entertaining one as relatively low-scoring match is on the cards. In fact, I rate it as even more low-scoring than the betting market on average and most analysts and experts online.  Let's take a closer look..

Blackburn currently occupy third place in the standings with 49 points in the bank. The visitors, on the other hand, have scored 42 points and are in seventh place. They have, however, played one match less than the hosts. Blackburn have lost just one of their latest 10 matches at their stadium and have an excellent chance to grab at least a point here as well - meaning that our bet "Blackburn or draw" would be a winner. The loss came against dominant Fulham who lead the league by almost 10 points so it was nothing surprising at all.. The hosts have great fans and the home advantage is indeed substantial here. Both teams are in good shape. 

The visitors have in fact won 7 of their latest ten matches but they have not been quite as convincing as the results suggest and I think the betting market over-values them here offering us a chance to place a very good bet on the hosts. For example in a FA Cup match against Mansfield they did grab an 3-2 away from home win but were also clear favorites but still the hosts had more ball possession, scoring attempts, completed passes, attacks and dangerous attacks! We must remember that Mansfield are a lot smaller club and play in League Two! Middlesbrough's normally pretty solid defense - they have allowed just 25 goals in this league so far -  was surprisingly vulnerable. They will probably take a pretty defensive approach here against a very good opponent.. This will - on the other hand - of course limit their offense that has lacked imagination pretty often this season - especially against top opponents. Blackburn's offense is a lot better but I still see them having room for improvement! However, more than two goals would be a surprise here. A player to watch is Ben Brereton Diaz, who is now without a goal in four matches in all competitions and the hosts would need him to finally find the net. He is very talented player for this level and I still do believe in his abilities.

To sum up, the hosts not to lose here is a very solid pick for me fans and myself!
