Fiorentina this season plays one of the best football in Serie A. Everything thanks to coach Italiano who managed to exploit the quality of many offensive players like Vlahovic or Nico Gonzalez.

Also the team built this year can fight for at least a place in Conference League. Currently they collected 32 points after 20 games, including 10 wins,2 draws and 8 losts.

In January they signed Ikone from Lille very good striker and Piatek from Hertha Berlin who debuted with a goal in Coppa Italia. He showed that can make the difference on Serie A but is coming after some disappointing seasons.

Fiorentina managed to win in midweek for the Coppa Italia 2-5 against Napoli but it took 120 minutes to finish, and also they played with best lineups possible so some fatigue should be in the legs.

Out for this game are def Martinez Quarta (14/1), mid Benassi (8/0), mid Amrabat (12/0) and st Sottil (15/3).

Genoa in other hand sacked coach Shevchenko and in this game will be interim Konko. The new coach will be Labbadia who is very experienced and saved many teams from relegation.

Against Milan for the Coppa Italia they managed to hold a draw but the quality made the difference. The team, especially after the transfer market don't deserve the place in rankings but Genoa probably is paying because of many changes this season starting from the owners.

Currently they are ranked 19th and safety zone is 6 points.

Of course everything is open because in relegation battle are involved many teams.

Out are gk Semper (2/0), mid Toure (9/0) and def Vasquez (16/1).

Almost all the players are back and even new sign Calafiori from Roma should be available.

Both teams are coming from 120 minutes and this game should be difficult for both. However I don't see Fiorentina very favorite, they are sometimes unpredictable and can change the game very fast.

Genoa must react after the change of the coach.
