Last season was great for PSG. They claimed another Ligue 1 title, but also managed to win the UEFA Champions League for the 1st time in the club's history! After that, they competed in the FIFA Club World Cup, and the performance was almost perfect until the final. They conceded just 1 goal until the final game of the tournament, when they struggled against well-playing Chelsea and lost 0:3. While the outcome of the tournament wasn't the best, PSG managed to beat teams like Atletico, Bayern, and Real Madrid.

Tottenham's last season was horrendous as they finished in 17th place, meaning they were close to relegation. Well, there was a 13-point difference between them and relegated Leicester, so they weren't so close to leaving the Premier League. The only bright spot for them was winning the Europa League, which allowed them to secure a spot in the Champions League.

In this game, I'm going with PSG. They are still the team to beat, and they didn't lose a lot of important players over the summer. To add more, they will be very motivated after losing to Chelsea, and starting a new season with a trophy is always great.

Tottenham has a new manager, but only after some time we will only see the new team. Tottenham’s attack is likely to struggle against a side of PSG’s caliber because they lack a reliable high-volume goalscorer. The absence of James Maddison removes their main creative outlet in the final third, and with Kulusevski also missing, their build-up play will be less fluid. Against PSG’s firepower, these attacking limitations could leave Spurs unable to match them on the scoreboard.
