Benfica VS OGC Nice

First leg we where in Benfica to win or draw and we get that win since Benfica won 2:0 in a game they showed that they were the better team, the first half was kinda slow from both teams but in the 2nd half Benfica came out with a different attitude and showed superiority on the field, especially Pavlidis and Ivanovic gave Nice defense line a lot of problems like it was expected. With a 2:0 win, Benfica could relax here a bit but it's early in the season and Benfica is still growing together and overall I expect them to be even better here at home vs Nice who is dealing with a lot of problems. Injuries wise Benfica is still without Bruma, Bah and Araujo and to be fair I don't consider that a big problem for this game at all.

Nice is having some strange things happen in their team, players who wanna go out and don't train, lost their main striker in the market, the one they wanted didn't passed the test and now Captain Dante and Sanson got injuried in the 1st game and will miss this game too, overall, a lot of headache for Nice coach here. I think Nice will have once again a lot of problems here to create scoring chances in this game, in the 1st game they had 2 good chances but besides that nothing major and on defense their issues are very clear, they will suffer a lot here in Portugal against Pavlidis and Ivanovic once again and for me their chances to somehow win this elimination is pratically a miracle.

I don't expect Benfica to come here thinking this elimination is already done, they will use this game to built caracter and to evolve their team play because they aren't perfect yet, a lot of new players but we are already seen evolution game by game and I think they will be even better today than they were in the 1st leg and at home in front of their fans I expect once against Benfica to win this game here, they have been defending really well and their attack should once again create many scoring chances for them.
