LAFC features a couple of familiar names for fans of English football: Hugo Lloris guards the net, while Olivier Giroud appears up front in a super-sub role. Among the players named in their Club World Cup squad, Artem Smolyakov will be in action Sunday night at the U21 European Championship against Finland, while Matt Evans might be away with Guatemala in the Gold Cup. Cengiz Ünder and Lorenzo Dellavalle will miss the tournament due to injury.

Even if Chelsea is a bit rusty after the season, the level difference at this stage still heavily favors the Londoners. Assuming the rumors of a strong starting XI are true, the match should end in a win by at least a couple of goals for Maresca’s team.

So what to bet? I would had taken -1.5 but it is not available here. As it seems most likely in my papers that both will score and Chelsea will by 2-3 goals I go for the high odds of +2 draw for Los Angeles.
