Dortmund season was a complete disaster but than came Coach Nico Kovac and recovered the team and made them playing proper football and since he came Dortmund has been one if not the best team in the Bundesliga and after 4 wins in a row what includes last week 4:2 road win over Leverkusen they have a great chance to make the Champions League places, they are in 5th place but for their luck Frankfurt and Freiburg will face each other in their last game what makes Dortmund only depending on themselves to make the Champions League and for that they need to win this game by a good margin, a 3 goal win here over Kiel would give Dortmund the Champions League spot no matter what happens in the other game, of course if Frankfurt wins or the game ends in a draw a simple win would be enough for Dortmund but I don't see Dortmund risking that case, especially at home agains an already relegated team and like I said, Dortmund has been playing amazing football since Kovac and in their last 4 wins they scored 3 or more goals in every single game against way better competition than Kiel.

For this game Dortmund is without Beier, Campbell, Schlotterbeck and Gross who is suspended.

Kiel is already relegated to the Bundesliga 2, they had a rough season with a lot of problems that wasn't the team or coaching fault to be honest and they had very positive outcomes lately but last week loss to Freiburg ended their season but even if they wouldn't be already relegated they would have a really hard task here in Dortmund against a team who needs to win and who is playing amazing football, I don't think anything would be different here if Kiel would still be fighting for surviving.

For this game Kiel is without Kelati, Erras, Kleine-Bekel, Komenda, Nekic and Gigovic who is suspended.

For me this is the perfect game and perfect scenario for Dortmund to make the Champions League, just win your game at home by a 3 goal margin and you will not depend on anything else and the result of Frankfurt and Freiburg don't even matter and at home and playing like Dortmund has been playing lately I really believe that Dortmund will get it done and beat Kiel by 3 or more goals here.
