In my opinion Benfica have really good chances to make at least one point in this match up.

For sure they will fight till the end of the season for the title, together with Sporting (current leaders of the table with 35 points).

I believe Benfica in current season plays football on little bit higher level. They scored less goals than Porto, but they are more creative team. They scored 2 goals more from open play. Benfica created so far 42 big chances to score, 14 more in comparison to Porto. Benfica as well missed more big chances and this is reason why Porto scored more goals, but it's hard to say they have bigger firepower in attack. Both teams kept clean sheet 5 times so far, but Benfica conceded less goals. Benfica as well is the best team in league with the ball - they have the highest average ball possession (63.6%) and they have the biggest number of accurate passes per game (480.9). Will be very hard for Porto to control middle zone.

I see one big advantage for Benfica today. Benfica coming for this match with the strongest possible line up. Their players are fresh. 3 days ago in cup game (4:0 win) only couple of players from today's squad played - left defender Grimaldo (7 minutes), midfielder Silva (16 minutes), midfielder Weigl (7 minutes). Almost all key players had 7 days rest. On the other hand Porto today have two key players in doubt - central defender Mbemba and midfielder Otavio (2 goals and 4 assists).
