Moreirense are having a terrible season so far. The last season of them was really inconstant for them as they had 3 coaches in the whole season, they started with Ricardo Soares who made a very good season in 2020/2021, after 3 games the crazy president Vitor Magalhaes decided to sack him to buy Cesar Peixoto who just made 4 games too and then they choose Vasco Seabra who was sacked before from Boavista. The president of Moreirense is really crazy and no coach can stay more than 1 season in Moreirense, even Ivo Vieira who is now in Famalicao and is an amazing coach who made the best season ever with Moreirense achieving the 6th place the president was unhappy with that. This season I don't know how he is still with Joao Henriques, a very defensive coach and just wants his teams to be pragmatic, to score the 1st goal and defend the rest of the game. They only have 1 victory in the league and was at home against Arouca where Arouca missed so many goal chances. The coach is under fire and he Moreirense don't win this game probably Joao Henriques will be sacked and to be honest I can't see them being better than Pacos de Ferreira. Moreirense have a very important absence, the centre-back Steven Vitoria who is the best centre-back of the team will miss this match due to suspension and this will force Joao Henriques to change from a 3-4-3 to a 4-3-3.

Pacos de Ferreira won't repeat the season that they made in 2020/2021 with Pepa. The last season they ended the league in the 5th position with an amazing work by Pepa who is now coaching Vitoria Guimaraes, a team that always fight for the top 5. Pepa valued a lot of players from Pacos de Ferreira, but the club is very stable and so they were able to kept the best players like Stephen Eustaquio who was desired by Porto, they kept Luiz Carlos and got from loan Nuno Santos by Benfica. He is really talented with the ball, with a lot of creativity and he came to replace Bruno Costa who is now having some minutes in Porto, but Nuno Santos is so much more talented and they are better in the midfield. They have a bad sequence in terms of results and have now an incredible chance to turn that, the stadium of Moreirense is very similar to the Pacos de Ferreira's stadium in terms of dimensions, they will have a lot of supporters in the stadium, they rested a lot of players against Braga for the League Cup as they were almost eliminated and so come for this game very fresh and with a big must win aswell. I saw very good moments from Pacos de Ferreira in some games, moments that I have never saw from Moreirense so far and so I think that they can win this poor Moreirense easily.
