In my opinion Valencia have really good chances to make at least one point in this match up.

Both teams without any new absences before today's game. For me Valencia have much better players - 10 of 11 Valladolid players are over 27 years old. I don't see there players with potential to play in the bigger clubs. On the other hand Valencia have a lot of interesting players in squad and for sure in future they going to play in bigger clubs - left defender Gaya (25yo, value: 52mln€), central defender Diakhaby (24yo, value: 32mln€), midfielder Musah (18yo, 14 matches already), central midfielder Soler (24yo, value: 52mln€) or striker Gomez (24yo, value: 42mln€). Valencia have on the bench coach Javi Garcia - his teams played twice against Valladolid and he never lost.

Valladolid so far made 2 points more than Valencia, but Valencia plays better football, especially in offense. Valencia scored 7 goals more. They created 7 big chances to score more and have more shots on target per game (3.9 to 3.2). In defense both teams are on similar level - both teams conceded at least one goal in 15 of 17 matches so far. Valencia is little bit better team with the ball - they have higher average ball possession and more accurate passes per game. Valencia in current season were able to play very close match against Atletico (0:1 loss by late goal) or win 4:1 (!) against Real. They have potential to play on much higher level than Valladolid.

In overall Valladolid is poor home team - they won only 12 of last 46 home matches in La Liga. Valencia have poor start of the season, but still they were able to get 1 point at Camp Nou against Barcelona (3:3). Valladolid won only 2 of last 7 league matches. These wins wasn't convincing at all. 3:2 at home against Osasuna - expected goals scored for Valladolid 2.02, for Osasuna 2.37. 1:0 on away against Getafe in last round, but Getafe played very poor. Valencia lost only 2 of last 6 matches - they lost 0:1 at home by late goal against strong Sevilla and on away 1:2 against Granada - once again by very late goal.

Valencia have amazing streak against Valladolid. They are unbeaten against them in last 10 La Liga matches in a row. Valencia didn't lost against Valladolid since 2009. Valencia as well have impressive record at this stadium - they are unbeaten in last 8 matches La Liga in a row here, last time Valencia lost here in 2003.

I see good chances for Valencia today.
