Of course there are many good players in Barca but Messi was still instrumental in their success - both on the pitch and mentally. He was the soul of Barca boosting other players and making them believe in victory even in times of struggle. We all know he cannot be replaced but have much Barca have been weakened by his departure is still shocking.
