Croatia vs Slovakia

Croatia are in 1st place in this group but only because of goal difference, they have the same points than Russia so they can't really lose points in this game and I don't think they will because they are in good shape and have he better team here and are also at home. After some weak performances early in the group Croatia started to roll, their best players got in game shape and have won their last 3 games for their National Team, they beat this Slovakia team on the road by 1:0, than they beat Slovenia at home by 3:0 and Cyprus on the road a couple days ago by 3:0 too. Overall Croatia is a strong unite, very secure on the defensive side, they only have suffered 1 goal in 7 games so far and with a very strong mid-field and decent attack, in my eyes the big favourite to end the group in 1st place but for that they need to win here.

Slovakia are pratically eliminated from the World Cup after that loss to Russia by 0:1 on the road, now they are 7 points behind Russia and Croatia and only 3 games left. It was kinda sad because they dominated Russia in that game and should have won, but they weren't able to score besides their own goal but even they dominated Russia we must not forget that Russia was missing tons of key players and that was the reason of their domination and still managed to loss, that was they great chance to maintain alive in the group but they missed out of their chance and now I don't see this team even be very motivated for this game at all after that awful loss against Russia.

Croatia have here a great chance to maintain their 1st place and also get an advantage over Russia because Russia is missing tons of players and will face a good Slovenia team on the road so the chances for Russia to lose points in this round is high and Croatia can take advantage of that. Overall I see Croatia has the much better team here overall, rock solid on defense combine with a great mid-field and experienced players and I also believe that Slovakia confidence got a big hit in the last game, they are pratically eliminated and their motivation for this game is very low in compare to Croatia. I see Croatia to win this game and get the 3 points, wouldn't be surprised to see Croatia winning here by more than 1 goal too like 2:0 or 3:0.
