To answer a question from the heading, I really don't think so. The home team has only two wins in the last 20 games in all competitions and despite playing at high altitude I don't believe they have enough "firepower" to defeat visitors from Peru. Bolivia won only one game in ten games they played in the South America Qualification group, Bolivia won 3-1 against Venezuela, the only team who is performing worst than them. Bolivia didn't win against Peru since 2008 and since then these two teams played 9 times. In the last three games Bolivia conceded 10 goals, Argentina won 3-0, Uruguay 4-2 and in the last game, they suffered defeat against Ecuador 3-0 on the away game. Bolivia's main power is that they play at high altitude in La Paz but Peru didn't suffer a defeat in the last five games in La Paz and I think they will win at least one point tonight. Peru is coming after a victory against Chile 2-0 in Lima and they are three points behind Colombia, who is in a place that leads to play-off against the second team from Oceania qualification group. Peru can still hope they will play in Qatar next year and if they manage to stay undefeated in La Paz, they will earn valuable points. This will be a tough game, its hard to play 4000m above sea level but I think Peru can take a point or maybe even all three.
