They have met 3 big relegation candidates Elche, Getafe and Alaves, promoted Espanyol side, the poorly started Celta, and drawn twice with teams that are about 4th-8th best in the league, just like Barcelona with current form are tonight.

Not only that they have also needed several added time late goals for points, mostly form Luis Suarez who otherwise seems to be out of form. Griezmann? So far this season he has 0 shots on target! The latest match away at Alaves was extremely poor performance from the whole team, they were behind most of the match after once more conceding from a set piece, and they came up with goal expectency of roughly half a goal!

The new signing Rodrigo de Paul with his set piece balls has been totally useless, the strikers are out of form, and they needed huge amounts of luck to come away from Milano to win the match, with the performance they have it was about to happen only once in ten efforts! 

Today only absentees are  midfielder Kondogbia new striker Cunha, so they are basically with optimal lineup whatever it is. Surely Suarez and Griezmann should be benched!

We all know about Barcelona's situation and especially in Europe they have been a laughing matter, but in the local league they are still unbeaten!

Surely everyone would expect Barcelona to get more from the likes of Granada and Cadiz, and earlier this season they were outplayed by Athletic Club Bilbao, but there are also glimpses of positive things as the side is still full of quality players and in theory if they could keep their starting eleven injury free they might be a title contender. Memphis Depay has looked sharp in all of the matches, the youngsters Gavi and Nico are sometimes referred as future Xavi and Iniesta and for sure there is a lot of class in them, Frenkie De Jong is in my papers the best player of the league. There are faults in the defense as they do not have enough fit fullbacks and the biggest joke in the league is the striker Luuk De Jong who has barely done the job he was signed for - to win aerial battles - but we can not write off Barcelona.

And there is Ansu Fati coming in later in the game, he is a huge moral boost and also an attacking danger. 

Barcelona injury list got added with Pedri this week, but Gavi, the 17 year old midfielder who also got called to Spain's national team this week is eager to fullfill his role.

With a crisis team like Barcelona also a humiliation is never impossible, but Atletico so far.. they do not look like a top-3 team.
