Gameday in Leipzig for the round 2 of the group A between RB Leipzig & Club Brugge.

Leipzig will be without Dani Olmo, Angelino & Tyler Adams.

Club Brugge will still be without Izquierdo & Providence. Wesley, Vormer, Balanta & Otasowie are with the group but they are not fit at 100%. Vormer would be very needed but not sure that Clement will take the risk.

Leipzig is already in a must win situation, it's true that they lost important players during the previous transfer window, I went against them on City-Leipzig and City won 6-3 but they really didn't play badly. They made big mistakes defensively that you are really not allowed to do against such a big team.

Their french midfielder Nkunku is just on fire, he justed scored 2 goals on the last game where they won 6-0 after 4 games in a row without a win, it's a great boost of confidence before the Champions League game. Nkunku scored an hat trick against City.

Around him there is good players as Poulsen, Forsberg.

At home in Champions League they will get a big crowd and it will be a big advantage for them. And against Brugge is an difficult group it's a must win situation at home.

Now it's time to talk about Club Brugge that I know well as I'm belgian.

We have just the best belgian team who has a too strong roster and has no more rivality in Belgium.

They have very strong players as Noah Lang, Vanaken, Wesley, De Ketelaere, Mata, Vormer, Otasowie, top GK Mignolet who is one of the best addition of last years etc.

On the first roung they faced PSG and I really expected a win easily by PSG but no, Brugge made a very strong game 1-1. But we can't base too much about that result because PSG wasn't at their level and they are still not at their level as the team isn't balanced and there is some problems of ego with Mbappe & Neymar who aren't closer as before, Mbappe who feels alone in the team compare to the south american player etc.

Since that game against PSG, Brugge's results are less good, against Charleroi they won 0-1 with a very late goal but they were in big trouble against a much weaker team, Charleroi put a high pressing and Brugge was a bit lost but of course with their individualities they made the difference.

On their last game they made 1-1 against Eupen and it's a really disappointed result because they dominated completely the game.

As I said Vormer is back at the team but we shouldn't see him for this game as starter, he is a very important player, actually there is Rits who is replacing him, he is doing a good job but there is a class of difference between the two.

Noah Lang in front is very good and is compared with Neymar about how he is playing but the bad thing with him is his attitude who is really not good and looks like a kid sometimes. It affects Brugge on some action.

Top talented player Charles de Ketelaere who will for sure sign in a top team in the next years. He is very important for their offense, he as a great chemistry with Vanaken. A very strong IQ of football.

Brugge is used to take the game in their advantage, get the possession and make a good pressing. Against Leipzig they will not be able to do that, Leipzig is a fast team, if they are doing a high pressing as Charleroi did they can and they will give big trouble to Brugge.

If they play seriously, Leipzig shouldn't get too much problems to win here.
