Absolutely nothing speaks for Getafe here, but that was also pretty much the case of Alaves last night with Atletico Madrid, and in general there are no certain wins in this league. However the results and xG of Getafe speaks volumes of their class, or the lack of it. The only times they have created more than 1 goal worth of expcected goals xG were in the opening game when they played almost all game with 11 v 10 players, and away at Vallecas in the Madrid derby, but in that game most of it came from the penalty they missed when already 3-0 down in 85th minute! Personally I do not agree with the way this data company handles penalty xG, but it is a different story altogether, in a bigger picture these are very useful.

Last time they almost got something from Atletico, but Luis Suarez spoiled the party with two late goals. It would had been very undeserved though, and tonight they are even worse off from last rounds as midfielder Aleña is suspended today, their key midfieder Arambarri continues as injured, and there are half a dozen more less important players marked as doubts or injuries. The one positive news is the return of Sandro, but can we expect goals from him really?

So Getafe have lost all 6 games so far and it is a historically bad record for them and I doubt the board is looking long the failures of new coach Michel, but visiting Betis have never been easy for them even when they have been in form, one win out of 13 matches!

Betis on the other hand have been in excellent form, and in the midfield Fekir and Canales currently form the most creative and dangerous pair in the league.

Betis have scored a lot recently, but they do create even more, they are effective and entertaining despite not really having a top striker in the squad, unless we count Willian Jose as such? 7 goals however scored in last 3 games, and with some better finishing it could be 10 or more as they did shoot almost 60 times between those last 3.

Betis are almost unbeatable, they have the best record of all European top-5 leagues in avoiding losses, they welcome back Pezzella, and I expect a comfortable home win, 3-0 or so here.
