今天开始了日联杯四分之一决赛的第一回合。浦和双钻将面对卫冕 J1 冠军和目前排名第一的川崎前锋。

正如我在上次所写的那样，浦和是今年夏季转会市场之后进步最大的球队之一。他们签下了马赛的酒井博树，中日德兰的舒尔茨，柏雷索尔的中江坂，斯塔贝克的圣木下，都是日本和丹麦国家队的球员。

今年浦和红钻队以ACL资格为目标，他们目前排名第7，但在J1的第3名中仅积2分，这为亚洲最大的比赛提供了机会。

但是因为有很多球队参与其中，我认为他们也应该重视杯赛。

教练里卡多罗德里格斯表示，重点是杯赛，他会尽可能使用最好的阵容。不过我认为也可能会有一些轮换，但浦和红钻仍然有一个有竞争力的名单。

在J1的完美开局之后，川崎前锋经历了许多起伏，在还剩11场比赛的情况下，他们仅以3分的优势排在第2位。

两名重要球员在转会市场中离开田中（21/1）前往杜塞尔多夫福尔图纳，以及英超联赛中最好的得分手之一圣三托薰（24/12）前往布莱顿。

当然，在没有这些球员的情况下，他们失去了很多素质，就连教练也承认了这一事实。

川崎前锋在这一年花费了很多精力，包括 ACL 比赛。仅仅 4 天后将是回归杯赛腿，同时他们还将在 ACL 上面对蔚山现代。

可能教练会进行一些轮换，我怀疑这个杯赛是川崎前锋今年的目标。

作为第一回合，我认为任何结果都是开放的，但浦和红钻队通过新签约取得了很大进步。

Today starts the first leg of Levain Cup quarter finals. Urawa Red Diamonds will face the reigning J1 champions and current 1st place in rankings Kawasaki Frontale.

As I wrote in last picks Urawa is one of the most improved teams after this summer transfer market. They signed def Hiroki Sakai from Marseille, def Schulz from Midtjylland, mid Esaka from Kashiwa Reysol, st Kinoshita from Stabaek all are Japan and Denmark national team players.

This year Urawa Red Diamonds have ACL qualification as goal and they are currently ranked 7th but with only 2 points from 3rd place in J1, which gives a ticket for biggest asian competition.

But because there are many teams involved for a place there, I think they also should give importance to the Cup.

Coach Ricardo Rodriguez said that the focus is on Cup, and he will use the best lineups possible. However I think there could be some rotation too but Urawa Red Diamonds have still a competitive roster.

After a perfect start in J1, Kawasaki Frontale had many ups and downs and they have just 3 points advantage from 2nd place with 11 games left.

Two important players left during the transfer market mid Tanaka (21/1) to Fortuna Dusseldorf and one of the best scorers st Kaoru Mitoma (24/12) to Brighton in English Premier League.

Of course they lost a lot of quality without these players as even coach admitted this fact.

Kawasaki Frontale spent a lot of energy during this year including also the ACL games. Just 4 days later will be the return Cup leg, while they also will face Ulsan Hyundai for the ACL.

Probably coach will make some rotation and I doubt this Cup is a goal for Kawasaki Frontale this year.

Being the 1st leg, I think is open for any result but Urawa Red Diamonds improved a lot with new signings.
