Roma will be the first italian team to partecipate in this new UEFA Conference League competition. Before the group stage they have to play a playoff game against ambitious turkish team of Trabzonspor.

Trabzonspor started the preparations very early and already played the 1st game in SuperLiga beating Malatyaspor 5-1. In previous round they managed to qualify after penalties against Molde 3-3 and 1-1 regular games.

This can be a good advantage for them comparing to Roma as italians played only friendly games and are still in the middle of preparations.
