I have to say I disagree with the current odds here! I think Blackburn are slim favorites even away from home and have an excellent chance to take at least a point. However, they were some 37% favorites to win this match so they definitely did not exceed expectations. If they can not defend better today versus a dangerous opponent Blackburn than they did against Bournemouth they do not have a good chance of winning. In the first round of Championship Nottingham lost to Coventry away from home 1-2 and the hosts were clearly the dominant side having 63% ball possession and more scoring chances and promising attacks. I would say Coventry winning by more than one goal would not have been unjustified. I do think Nottingham have some potential to do better but will they improve for this match playing against a stronger team and will even a minor improvement really be enough remains to be seen.. It is also worth noticing Nottingham have won just one of their latest home matches in Championship.

Blackburn have started the season a lot better than Millwall both looking at the results and performances on the pitch. They took a hard-fought point last Saturday away from home versus Millwall who were the favorites in the match. Millwall was the better team but Blackburn defended well and showed great fighting spirit. Even a similar performance would likely bring them another draw today and a winner for my fans and myself. However, they can improve, even quite a lot - especially offensively. I would hope them to keep the ball more and make slow attacks with controlled passing. In the first round they did well to beat a a better team than Nottingham Swansea 2-1 at home and recorded over twenty scoring attempts! Today I recommend my fans to watch Blackburn's talented forward Chilean Ben Brereton Diaz, 22, closely. He is in terrific form and let's hope he scores again today!

To sum up, I see Blackburn as slim favorites here so they have a high chance of not losing this one. Blackburn +1 goals for the 1x2 handicap option is my pick for my growing fan base here!
