Denmark did beat Wales 4-0, and it was not even badly unfair result as they created xG worth of 3 goals. The coach Hjulmand did react early in the first half as he saw that his 3-man defense failed in their build-up of play, and since then it worked miracles! Perhaps also the coach here is undervalued? Denmark do have classy wing-players who progress, but they also have the option to break through the center with short passes and combinations, and they are difficult to defend against. Today however they miss important fullback Poulsen, and another key figure Poulsen is a doubt. In the lineup prediction also Kjaer is mentioned as a doubt and his absence would be hurtful, he is the captain for a good reason! As usual in this competition also Denmark have had a superb performance from an Atalanta player, on the left Maehle has been brilliant and a constant threat.

Czechs left the good Holland team chance without any real goal scoring chances and they can definitely repeat it against Denmark. Naturally the red also helped, but I do not want to talk anything from the Czechs as it was another excellent performance from them. Striker Schick has been perhaps tournaments best attacker so far, Soucek has dominated the midfield against almost anyone and might earn a move to better club than West Ham. It was known that they are dangerous in counters, but it has been a surprise that they are this good with the ball.
