Before this they comfortably beat a dangerous team, Aston Villa, 2-0 at home, allowing the visitors only two shots on goal. In round 4 of the UCL Liverpool destroyed a strong German team, the reigning champions of Bundesliga, Bayer Leverkusen, 4-0 at home. Liverpool generated over 4.00 in xG. Liverpool have won all four games in the UCL, scoring 10 goals and allowing just one! In round 10 of the English Premier League Liverpool were poor in the first half at home against Brighton, but improved in the 2nd half, proving their class. 2-1 was the final score. Real Madrid have won two twice and lost two times in their last four games. In the UCL they have taken six points and are in 21st place. In their last game they beat a small team, Leganes, 3-0 on the road as big favourites. They generated 1.93 in xG. In their last UCL Real lost to AC Milan 1-3 as big favourites on the betting market. Before this, the "Los Blancos" were priced around 2.00 to beat Barcelona at home but were terrible - especially defensively -  losing 0-4! Barca recorded many more goal attempts, shots on target and shots off goal. The xG numbers were 2.77-1.55 in the visitors favour!
