Valladolid in another hand is sitting on relegation table right now and things are not looking too bright for them in future – they have only two wins this season nf two draws (and one of wins was in Cup 1/64 final). On the road this team is not looking good at all and they can’t compete against opponents (expect last La Liga game against Alaves ).

NO missing players in any of teams so both are good to go with best squads, but Osasuna has more experienced roster.
