Venezia is bottom of the table and perhaps they are one of the weakest in the Serie A, but the table lies as they have played so far only 3 matches at home and 6 away, and should they win today they would actually be level with almost 10 other teams!

The only win so far is at home, vs Genova. At the xG-table Venezia already have 10 points, only one point less than their poor visitors Udinese who have won only 1 out of their 4 away games. A bit more below:

Eusebio Di Francesco's Venezia snapped their three-game losing streak by picking up a point away to Monza at Brianteo on Sunday.

In Serie A, with a balance of 1-2-6 in the last ten games, Venezia led the game twice with Mikael Egill Ellertsson's goal and Michael Svoboda's goals in the 39th minute. From Monza, Georgios Kyriakopoulos first in the 23rd minute and then Milan Djuric just before the half-time whistle brought the hosts even with their goals. Midfielders Arthur Atta and Martin Payero are possibly also on the sidelines. In the January transfer window, the name of Lucca, who leads the club's goal statistics with four goals among Udinese's top scorers, is guaranteed to be underlined in several big Serie A clubs with a thick red pen. In this game, Lucca shines with certainty even in the visitors' opening.
