Among the attackers, Arkadiusz Milik (Juventus) is still sidelined.

Portugal got back on their feet after the European Championships

Portugal have played a strong autumn, and after the summer European Championships ended in disappointment in the quarter-finals against France, the team has been looking for another rise and momentum through the Nations League. Portugal have been at the very top of the footballing world for twenty years, the most beautiful crown of course being the summer 2016 European Championship gold. The team has a really strong composition, through which it is good to run the game, the game rolls in all three lanes and the performances have been on point. The goal scorers can come from anywhere. Personally, I would hope that they finally would give up with Cristiano Ronaldo, the team would be better and faster without him!

Portugal have started the Nations League strongly, and the team is at the top of the group after two consecutive victories. First, Croatia fell at home with a score of 2-1, and immediately after Scotland with the same score. Portugal has several world-class top players in its ranks, and the team's attacking power is at a high level. In the last six months, the team has scored goals with an average of 2.5 goals, and Ronaldo, Silva, Felix, Neto, Fernandes, and Jota are players who can find decisive power. Or someone else, even from the defenders!

Martinez slightly modified the 26-man roster from the September games, including Ricardo Velho from Farense and Mallorca's Samu Costa in the midfield for the October battles.
