Of course, it is partly due that the oppositing teams have been a lot stronger, apart from Valencia and they have also had their share of squad problems, but last time around in San Sebastian they had given up already before the kick-off and they fielded a strangely weak side!

There are no squad problems in Atletico, as the suspended cb Savic will be replaced by returning Gimenez who in my papers is a better defender, and Lemar being a doubt is no worry as there are several options.

The likely match winner is Llorente, who apart from Messi has been the best field player in the league and for his efforts this season Atletico should raise a statue! He has been at most positions, always one of the best players on the pitch and he has created and scored a plenty of important goals.

I am not a big fan of Atletico, but having another title winner is always a good change, even if Atletico are no minnows themselves.

Huge stakes, massive class difference and I believe that this time Simeone can create a storm, and win this one comfortably.
