However, Brann is not the team that can score many goals.

Brann have a terrible start into the new season as they lost the first game in Viking 1-3 and in a most recent match they suffered a heavy 0-3 loss vs Valerenga at home. Last season they ended as the 10th placed side in the division, but this season will be a way tougher for Brann. There are big problems with Brann. I will cite my friend Vincent from Norway, who is a supporter of Brann: "it's easy to get frustrated over things happening with my hometowns team, lack of funding, not a sports CEO, players who could fit somewhere else but Brann." Brann is working on signing the new free players but is the question of how they will click together, so Brann will have a long season to set up everything and avoid relegation in this season.

Since 2008, Molde and Brann met 11 times in Eliteserien and Norway Cup: Molde won 8 of them while 2 times match ended draw, 1 Brann won. Nothing but a Molde win of 2 to 4 goals difference is expected here.
