Sevilla vs Athletic Bilbao

Sevilla has having a tremendous season, they are current on 4th place, 6 points behind Atletico Madrid and 4 points behind Real Madrid and Barcelona and how all those teams are playing Sevilla has a good outside shot to really fight for the LA Liga title but for that they need to win this game and Sevilla has been in a really good stretch right now, after getting eliminated in the Champions League, Sevilla had 7 wins and 1 draw in their last 8 games in the LA Liga and are also in a 5 game win streak beating Atletico Madrid and Granada at home and Celta de Vigo, Real Sociedad and Levante on the road, not only they are winning they have been winning against really good teams too and are right now the team who has been more solid and playing better football of the top 4 in my opinion, Coach Lopetegui is making a tremendous job at Sevilla. For this game Vaclick and Kounde are doubtful.

Athletic Bilbao season is pratically done, they lost their Cup Finals and in the LA Liga they are sitting in 10th place fighting for nothing but still, in the last 7 games for the LA Liga this team hasn't lost any game, 1 win and 6 draws but I think that this game will be a very difficult one for Athletic Bilbao, they have some injuries concerns and also they have been playing a lot of gamesm for example, this will be their 7th game in the last month and Sevilla only played 5 games in that stretch, that's why some injuries are showing in this team and for this game in particular they had less 3 days rest, overall this is a tough spot for Athletic Bilbao in my opinion. For this game Athletic Bilbao are without Muniain, Yuri, Capa, Zarraga and Nolaskoain.

Sevilla is for me the team who has been playing the most solid football in Spain lately, they have been scoring a lot and their defensive line usually is very secure because of the style that Coach Lopetegui likes to play, they don't risk a lot so it's always hard to score against them and Sevilla since the Champions League elimination has had more resting time and with that the results has been really impressive, in the last 8 games they got 22 points in compare to 20 points from Real Madrid, 18 points from Barcelona and 14 points from Atletico Madrid in that stretch of games, so if Sevilla wins here what I believe they will they are very in the title race, especially because next round Barcelona will face Atletico Madrid and Sevilla will face Real Madrid and everything is open. So take here Sevilla to win, playing better, more resting time than Athletic Bilbao and also Bilbao will miss key players for this game and are fighting for nothing right now.
