In my opinion Millwall have really good chances to at least avoid loss in this game.

Leicester is the leader of the table in the Championship and they really want to get back into the Premier League. FA Cup is not a priority at all. Coach Enzo Maresca said about “seven or eight” changes today so for sure that will have a very bad impact on their performance today. In addition to that, Leicester have many unavailable players for this game like team captain Vardy (6 goals, 1 assist), striker Iheanacho (5 goals, 1 assist), striker Daka (4 goals, 2 assists), midfielder and one of the best player in the team Ndidi (2 goals, 5 assists) or winger McAteer (4 goals). Without them and with rotation on the pitch I don’t see easy goals for Leicester.. Millwall kept a clean sheet 10 times in the current season of Championship, only one team in the whole league recorded more!

On the other hand Milwall came for this game in a great mood. They didn’t lose in the last 5 matches, in the last 4 games they did not concede a single and won the last 3 consecutive matches. For sure confidence is on the highest possible level. I believe Millwall have much bigger motivation to win this game. Their situation in the league table is safe as they are 10 points above the relegation zone. It's a great opportunity to make a deep run in the FA Cup (in the past they played in the final against Manchester United) and to open the new year in great style in front of the home crowd. Coach Joe Edwards has been in the club since November and I’m sure he doesn't want to lose momentum as everything started clicking together for the team.

Millwall have bigger motivation, are in solid form and should be able to make big troubles in front of the home crowd for depleted, unmotivated Leicester. Value is on the home side, no doubt about that!
