In my opinion Crystal Palace have really good chances to avoid big loss in today's match up. +2.5 AH on away side looks like great option to play.

Crystal Palace for sure coming here without any fear. They didn't lost in 3 of last 5 matches against Citizens at Etihad Stadium (2 wins in the process!). In last 11 matches between both clubs Manchester City won with more than two goals difference only once.

I watched Crystal Palace last round game against leader of the table, Liverpool. They looked decent and played better (1:0 lead), but received red card in last part of the match and lost 1:2. Stil many positives despite bad outcome. Crystal Palace defensive formation have a lot of stability. According to the expected goals conceded model they are in league top7. I don't see many goals for City today, they are probably without striker Haaland (team top scorer) and winger Doku (second-best assistant and second-best player according to the ratings). 3 days after this game City going to play in club World Cup and for sure they wants to avoid big injuries today.

On the other hand Crystal Palace should have chances to score here. In last 7 matches they failed to score only once (against Bournemouth), but they had 1.01 expected goals scored in that game. City failed to keep clean sheet in last 7 consecutive matches in all competitions. 3 days ago they conceded 2 goals in Champions League against Crvena Zvezda.

On those circumstances +2.5 AH on away side looks simply too high.
