Las Palmas is rock solid team, no doubt about that. They went unbeaten in 6 of last 8 La Liga matches. During that run they lost only against Betis and Rayo (both teams ranked higher than Alaves), but they also won against strong Atletico Madrid. For me their consistency at the back is impressive. In last 8 consecutive La Liga matches Las Palmas not conceded more than one goal. Last time they conceded more than one goal in La Liga against Real Madrid in September. I expect another high quality performance, today we will see on the pitch all their key players.

For me is hard to see Alaves as so big favorite. They recorded only two wins in last 11 La Liga matches. They won twice against teams from relegation zone (Almeria & Granada). I don't see easy goals for hosts. In last 13 La Liga matches only one time they scored more than one goal (at home against Granada), but that wasn't deserved. According to the expected goals scored model they should score 0.83 goals in that game. In addition to that today Alaves going to play without their best player (according to the ratings) Ander Guevara. It's huge blow and should have very bad impact on their performance today.

On those circumstances I see excellent value on away side here.
