not the big one!

Getafe are not a good side in general, but where they are the most certain to lose a game it is against the Madrid giants Atletico and Real. Their run without scoring v Atletico is ridiculously long, but in truth they are not doing much better v Real, I took a quick look at history and out of last 14 matches Real have won 13, the other one was a trademark 0-0.

If pleasing the eye would be worth points Getafe would already had been relegated to Tercera. They make the most faults, the ball is least in the play in their game, and that is from the big-5 European leagues! They have been weak all season, the team seems to get bored with coach Bordalas, and their recent matches are not much joy. 

They have won once in last7, vs Valencia who got a red card half-way the game. In the other 6 games they have scored 3 goals in total, and apart from Atletico the teams met were mostly relegation candidates.

The squad situation is almost as strong as possible, but the bad news is that there are very few possible game changers in the team, Arambarri excluded.

Real have suffered from injuries a lot recently, but the men from the bench have stepped up in class and made Zidane look like a wizard in coaching!

The kept Liverpool at bay - although some remarkably poot finishing was needed, they won the Classico v Barcelona, in La Liga they are 8-2-0 in last 10 games. The draws are vs strong sides Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid. They met Getafe in February, won 2-0, and the xG timing chart looked like this:

Even if there still are several names absent especially in the defense I see no reason why the match tonight would be any different than this.
