Nacional da Madeira vs FC Porto

I really think that Nacional made a big mistakes quitting on their Coach, I know they were on a run of losing games but the Coaching change to Manuel Machado hasn't solved nothing, to be fair, I think it make things even worse because personally for me Manuel Machado ain't a division one Coach, he has the experience but his results in the past have been a disaster and things haven't changed since he came to Nacional, they got beat at home by Portimonense by 5:1 and on the road they lost again 5:1 against Santa Clara, so, since he came they scored 2 goals and suffered 10 goals, they already were the worst defensive line in the league and things got even worse under the new coach. With those bad results the Coach said he will make a lot of changes, what in my opinion is just another mistake and even they are still in fighting position, because they are 6 points behind Famalicao but only 3 points behind Maritimo for the Playoffs of the relegation battle I think that Nacional will not survive in this league because of all this issues, the Coach is awful and Nacional has no confidence right now, they lost 8 games in a row and the last two games they lost really badly and today they will face a strong Porto team who usually beats them all the time for the Portuguese League. For this game Nacional are without Thill and Witi is doubtful.

For Porto only the win matters here, they are 9 points behind Sporting and they can't lose points here to cut to 6 points once again and put a little pressure on Sporting but also with the Benfica loss if Porto wins here they would have 6 more points than Benfica what would be great for them to at least guarantee the Champions League spot directly for next season. The only concerns that I see in this game for Porto is maybe fatigue because of the Champions League game, but that game was Tuesday and they managed to move this game to Sunday, it should have been played yesterday but they got one more day to rest so I don't think their will be a fatigue issue here and overall Porto has won 5 games in a row in the league with all their games in the mid-week and against way better opponents, now they will face in my opinion the worst team in the league. For this game Porto will be without Otavio and Mbaye.

The late news about Otavio not flying with the team for this game is a bad one, however, I think this is the perfect game for him to miss because Porto should have no issues to win this game, Nacional looks lost and this Coach Manuel Machado is not the right answer for this team and we saw that in the first two games, two big 5:1 losses against way weaker teams than Porto and also Porto usually in the league against Nacional wins big, they won their last 6 games against Nacional by 2 or more goals and the last two times in this stadium they beat Nacional by 4:0 twice, so I wouldn't be surprised to see something similar here happen again, I like Porto to win here by 2 or more goals, likely by 3:0 or 4:0.
