Newcastle Jets lost another game and it was the 7th consecutive lost in last 2 months.

They dominated the 1st half and even scored a goal but defense collapsed very easily and in the end Melbourne Victory managed to score 2 goals.

This game is just 3 days after, players probably will feel some fatigue but Newcastle Jets have also a long injury list.

Coach Craig Deans said "We have quite a few injuries, so there's not too many options"

"And we have got a game on Tuesday, so it's literally go in and see who's healthy and who's ready to go again on Tuesday."

Out for this game are def Koutrombis (11/0), captain def Boogaard (12/1), st Yengi (9/0), mid Kantarovski (0/0), while mid Ugarkovic (14/0) and veteran st O'Donovan (16/3) are doubtful.

It's not excluded some changes as coach said.

Perth Glory in other hand is coming after 2 consecutive losts. Last game they played good against title contenders Sydney but struggled in attack.

So far they collected 17 points after 14 games and playoffs are still possible.

Out for this game are st Castro (10/2), st Stynes (11/2) and mid D'Agostino (10/5).

But important mid Oikonomidis is back after a long injury and also the new sign Chianese is ready to play. A very good striker who played in the past 84 games for Perth Glory scoring 14 goals and 9 assists.

Both teams played just 2 weeks ago and Perth Glory win 2-1.

I think Newcastle Jets have still problems in managing the result and without important players Perth Glory should take advantage.
