In this game, I'm predicting that the Sun is going to win by at least 10 points.

For the 1st time this season, Sun has lost two games in a row but both matches were against the best teams in the league - the Aces and Liberty. Prior to that, Connecticut won 4 games in a row. The team has lost Brionna Jones for the rest of the season but Connecticut had 2 great games after the injury - against the Lynx on the road (89:68) and at home versus the Sky (96:72). Per advanced stats, the Sun has the 3rd best offense (102.8), 3rd best defense (98) and 3rd best net rating (4.8).

The Storm is a different team than last year. Seattle has lost the last 3 games and has just 1 win in the last 6 games, while the only win was against the worst team in the league - the Mercury. On the road, the team has won just 2 games and one of them was also against the Mercury. Seattle has the 2nd worst offense this year (96.9), 3rd worst defense (105.1) and 2nd worst net rating (-8.2).

Both teams have met already this season and the Sun won on the road by 6 points. Connecticut should have won more easily but Seattle came back in the last minutes. Tonight, I don't think that this is going to happen. The Sun should be very motivated to end the losing streak. Without Jones, Connecticut has played 4 games and they have the 3rd best net rating (6.2) while Seattle has the 4th worst (-5.4) during the same stretch. The Sun has beaten the Aces at home and was close to beat also Liberty. Not having Jones is a loss but they should still be able to get a comfortable win against a team which is one of the worst in the league.
