Seven series rounds have been completed in the OBOS league and it is as expected close as hail at the top. Sogndal and Ranheim both have 14 points, followed by Kristiansund on 13 points, Start on 12 points and Fredrikstad on 11 points. At the bottom are Mjøndalen on five points and Åsane on four points.

Fredrikstad are actually the only undefeated team so far, but they are only in fifth place. Five of their games have ended in a tie and only two have been won. Both victories have come away from home (1-0 against Kristiansund in the series opener and 1-0 against Mjøndalen in the third round). The last four games of FFK have ended with a point split and all three home games have ended with a point split.

KFUM Oslo with their first win of the season on Saturday when they won 2-0 at home against Kongsvinger. Stood with four draws and two losses in their first six. Sits in 12th place with seven points. Three away games played have resulted in two draws against bottom teams Åsane and Mjøndalen, while there was a 0-4 loss away to Raufoss in the second round of the series.

I think KFUM Oslo will continue to suffer during the season. After they’ve lost their head coach Jörgen Isnes who led the team during 5 years but left for Strømsgodset at the end of last year, KFUM Oslo can hardly find back their identity and competitivity.
