Inter Milan reached the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in a decade and they are having a very good season with just a tie away from the finals. There is an urgent need for the Nerrazurri to transmit their European form to the domestic competition and they are brimming with confidence after their exploits in midweek. Empoli still has some breathing space over the other teams in the relegation zone and they shouldn't be much of a headache for Inter Milan. My recommended betting pick in this game is a win for Inter Milan. Here's why you should bet on the Nerazzurri;

Simone Inzaghi has his team at full strength this season and the only exception is Milan Skriniar. They have been better with the return of Romelu Lukaku and Nicolo Barella. Empoli is one of the poorest teams in the Serie A since the start of the year and they have only three wins in over four months in 2023. So far there has been only one victory for Paolo Zanetti's team in the last ten Serie A matches. Inter Milan might not be in top form but they are easily better at picking up points than Empoli and there shouldn't be a question about whether they win or not, but how many goals they would put past Empoli. This is one of Inter Milan's easiest game in the last stretch of the season and I expect them to get the maximum points against Empoli.
