With the Union Berlin win Saturday, Bayern is now sitting in 2nd place and need to win here to get back in the lead. Since the World Cup Break things haven't been going well for Bayern, 1:1 road draw against Leipzig and than two home draws by 1:1 against Koln and Frankfurt. Very strange to see Bayern having such a stretch without wins but they showed in the Cup game against Mainz on the road where they won by 4:0 that they are still the elite in Germany and we saw already the impact that Joao Cancelo will make it this team who had an amazing debut but is also helped that Coman is finallly back and in shape after his injury because their attack was really missing him and they are starting to recover some injury players what will make Bayern once again one of the best teams in the world and even in those 3 draws the team wasn't playing that badly either, they just faced two really good teams and against Koln they just were unlucky.

For this game Bayern is without Hernandez, Mane, Mazraoui, Neuer and Stanisic.

Bayern needs to bounce back with a win today to recover the lead in the Bundesliga and with the help of Cancelo who is coming in one position that they were struggling and with Coman back once again in shape for Bayern I expect this Bayern version to be much stronger than we saw in their first games after the break, we saw that against Mainz where they played an amazing first half and they just relaxed in the 2nd half and even Wolfsburg was looking really in amazing shape after the break the last two games were really awful, many mental mistakes and their defensive line is struggling right now, they had big problems against a weak attack of Bremen and against Union they struggled big time too and only suffered 2 goals because Union missed some really clear chances and if Wolfsburg had issues against those attack than Bayern should give them big problems here too and also this stadium has been good for Bayern in the last couple of years too, they won here 7 of their last 8 games and I believe they will do it again here and beat Wolfsburg by 2:1 or 3:1.
