In my opinion Tottenham have really good chances to make win in today's match up.

It's not typical away match, both teams are from London, so with empty stadium it's more like match on neutral ground. Fulham have very poor record in London derbies in Premier League - they are without a win in last 21 such matches in a row. On the other hand Tottenham only against West Ham won more matches in London derbies than against Fulham. Tottenham likes to play at Fulham stadium, they won last 5 consecutive league matches at Craven Cottage. Tottenham have very good record against Fulham - they won 10 of last 14 Premier League matches against them. First match of the season between both teams finished with draw 1:1, but that wasn't deserved result for Spurs, they should win there: expected goals scored for Tottenham 2.91, for Fulham 1.31.

Tottenham coming for today's match without any new absences, their line up should look exactly the same like in previous round. Jose Mourinho team looked extremely good in last round match against Burnley - they won 4:0 at home against very solid Burnley. Offensive power was devastating, trio Bale/Kane/Son looks unstoppable. Gareth Bale finally is fit and he is in amazing form - in last 4 matches he scored 4 goals and made 3 assists. Top player and team captain Harry Kane likes to play against Fulham - he scored at least one goal in last 4 matches in a row against them. Tottenham at the moment is full of confidence and now I expect their climb in the table, they have all tools to do it.

Fulham doesn't belong to the level where Tottenham is, no doubt about it. They are able to be solid at the back (still I don't believe they are able to stop Tottenham offensive formation), but they have big problems with creativity, even at home - they have the worst offensive power at home in whole league, they scored only 8 goals in 13 home matches so far. They are still without team captain and key central midfielder Tom Cairney and this is huge blow for the team.

All in all, Tottenham power upfront is simply too good for Fulham defense - they are able to score more than one goal. On the other hand I don't see more than one goal for Fulham against solid Spurs defense. Away win looks like great bet.
