Iran will have their key striker Sardar Azmoun doubtful.

England qualified with the rank 1 with 8 wins & 2 draws for 39 goals scored & 3 goals conceded in front of Poland.

On their side Iran qualified with the first rank of the group A in front of South Korea & UAE with 8 wins, 1 draw & 1 loss for 15 goals scored & 4 goals conceded.

England's possible 11 : Pickford, Trippier, Stones, Maguire, Shaw, Rice, Bellingham, Sterling, Mount, Foden & Kane.

Iran's possible 11 : Alireza, Moharrami, Pouraliganji, Hosseini, Mohammedi, Nourollahi, Ezatolahi, Hajsafi, Jahanbakhsh, Taremi & Amiri. Key player to watch will of course be Taremi.

Iran will be coached by the famous coach Carlos Queiroz who signed two months ago. Of course he knows the team perfectly as he was already the coach of Iran from 2011 to 2019. He is an offensively minded coach but of course with Iran he needs to change a bit because iranian football is based on the defense.

I expect a strong World Cup by England, they have amazing qualities in the midfield and in front. For their defense let's hope that Maguire is playing good, he is used to be stronger once he plays with the national team.

Iran was impressive on previous world cup but it was also because of Alireza who was amazing, at that time local teams were performing really good in AFC CL but now Alireza is a bit older, domestic football decreased and the situation in the country isn't the best at 100% for the players even if it will give them motivation.

England really needs to enter perfectly for this world cup, they will put an high intensity in this early of goal to try to get the opening fast and then of course they will be able to take advantage of space that Iran will give to them.
