Napoli is in amazing form. 8 wins in a row, 13 goals scored in the last 3 games, at the top of the Serie A, full of confidence and playing great football. They are unbeaten so far this season.

The squad is in a very sweet moment of form, and they are doing everything perfectly: pressure, counter attacks, etc. The midfield is really in balance with Anguissa, Lobotka and Zielinski, they always find the right solution. They also have good offensive backs with Di Lorenzo and Rui. The central defenders are physically very strong. Kvaratskhelia is surprising everyone this season.

This team looks very balanced. The question is just for how long they will extend this amazing moment. Because the most difficult task now is to maintain this level.

In the Champions League, they made great performances and today have the chance to make a big step to get the first position above Liverpool. They managed to beat (deservedly) Liverpool 4:1, beat Rangers 0:3 and destroyed Ajax 1:6 last week.

The team look not balanced under Coach Schreuder. It looks like there is no clear idea how to play. It’s acceptable to lose against top teams like Liverpool or Napoli, but the way they did it was awful, conceding a lot of chances and never being close to winning the game.

Seeing the level of both teams right now, the motivation and how they are playing, I see Napoli as favorites. If we also add the poor performances of Ajax in this competition and the great matches played by Napoli, makes me see the hosts favorite to win here. Maybe not 6:1 again, but surely are favorites to win.
