I have to admit that I am surprised that Groningen is a big favorite against RKC, considering how the visitors have been playing lately in the strongest Dutch league. Odds 3.2 on the victory of the guests who have lost only two games this season and by a minimum score against much stronger opponents, PSV and Feyenoord. Also, in the last five games, RKC scored 5 goals twice, 5-1 against Cambuur and 5-2 against newcomer Excelsior, which speaks volumes for their form. The visitors have a very experienced team and I think they are much closer to victory tonight than the home team. The best player of RKC Michial Kramer took a knock in last game against Sparta in Rotterdam but he should be fine. Unlike RKC, Groningen is not in the best form and they lost the last game at home against AZ convincingly 4-1. Their German coach Frank Wormuth had several interesting statements before this game. He said: "With four players we miss half the rear. We have four defenders left, so it's clear how it will be in the back. It is a pity that we are limited in our choices." That says enough about how many problems Groningen have in the last line and that will be a big problem tonight. I think a draw is the most logical outcome of this match, but I would prefer the guests who are in great form and should not lose tonight. Therefore, bet falls on RKC not to lose tonight.
