This is hard to happen because both Stabæk and Ranheim must try to catch up with KFUM Oslo which are currently at the second place.

Stabæk have harvested 9 points (3 victories and 2 defeats) in the last 5 Obos Ligaen matches. They lost to Brann and by big surprise to a very weak Stjørdals-Blink. These two defeats and the earlier draw at home against KFUM Olso could explain their 4-point distance from the second place.

However, by generally speaking Stabæk have been a very stable side. They normally beat the rivals that they must beat. Bryne are such a rival. They lost their momentum already during last season and now they are just suffering at a close distance above the relegation zone. It’s hard to say that Bryne are better than the bottom teams. Rather say the bottom teams are worse.

I think Stabæk will look forward to nothing else but a big home victory. This will avoid Brann’s celebration tonight and put more pressure on KFUM Oslo.
