In my opinion Kansas have really good chances to avoid loss in today's match up. For me they are stronger team and they have all required tools to get promotion into big final.

Peter Vermes is on the Kansas City bench since 2009. It's really long adventure with the club and he have big experience, especially in this competition. Since he came to the club - Kansas won this competition 3 times! Obviously, he knows how to play such big matches and how to prepare team for such big challenge.

Kansas have slim chances to get into play off zone at the end of regular season as they are already 10 points behind so without any shadow of doubt US Open Cup is their main goal. Kansas form is really up and down - 4 losses in last 8 matches in all competitions, but when they played against team from lower league in previous round they completely destroyed Omaha 6:0 at home. All the best player from current season like Walter, Russell, Salloi, Hernandez or Duke are available today.

Sacramento plays on lower level and they don't have experience in such big matches. Not too many players from their squad played even in MLS. They are middle of the table team in their conference - 8 wins in 19 matches and currently Sacramento have a streak of 4 matches without a win. They are one of the worst team in whole league with the ball: 295 accurate passes per game, 48.1% ball possession so I believe Kansas today will be able to control the middle zone without too many problems. Sacramento also is not too creative - only 4 teams in whole legaue created less big chances to score than Sacramento.

Kansas have poor season in MLS, but they have bigger experience and quality in their squad. Sacramento is average team from lower league and without experience at this stage. I see great chances for Kansas to get promotion into big final!
