Without any opposition, Yokohama is now the greatest team in the league and in my opinion the favourites for all the trophies in Japan this season. Yokohama is playing wonderful football, with straight passing and intense pressure, coach Muscat has created a very powerful team that currently plays the best football in Japan. Yokohama has three Brazilians who have been here for many years and who make a difference on the field and especially Lopes who is the team's top scorer. There are also fantastic home players like Nishimura who have scored two goals in their last two games and could be a revelation this season. Yokohama won the last round away in Osaka, Gamba led at halftime but Yokohama played better in the second half and deservedly took three points. The Brazilians from Yokohama have not played much in the previous few rounds, so we can expect some of them in the starting lineup tomorrow. The guests are in the lower part of the J2 league and I don't think they are a team that can endanger the mighty Yokohama. They play one hard football with few goals and will surely defend all 90 minutes tomorrow, -1.5 Asian handicap is always risky against these kinds of teams but Yokohama showed in the recent games they like to play against sides who give them high ball possession. I expect complete domination of the hosts and a 2-0 or 3-0 victory because I think they are currently the best team in the league and they certainly want to go far in the Japanese Cup.
