Furthermore, they have problems for this match, as several players are out due to injuries and international duties. Bikel, Brown, Cubas (new signing), Cavallini all are out due to international duty. The latter Cavallini is a key miss but Canada had their first training sessions which included him. He is the topscorer of the team so far this season with 4 goals and 2 assists.

Also Hasal (first goalkeeper) is still expected to miss out with his finger injury; Blackmon, Teibert, Gauld (doubt and would be a big miss) all expected to miss out with injuries.

On the other hand, Real Salt Lake is performing very well, sitting 3rd on the table with the same points as 2nd Dallas and 4 below leaders Los Angeles. They are losing just one player due to international duties - Rubin, who is a reserve. They have no more injuries reported.

On paper this is an equal game, but with the amount of missings that Vacouver has, Real Salt Lake should be favorite here. Won’t be easy for hosts to beat a solid team like RSL, especially without several starters and their topscorer Cavallini, who produced 6 goals of the 14 that the team has scored in total, almost half.
