For this game Hoffenheim is without Bicakcic, Hubner, John, Nordveit and Richards. Posch is also suspended for the game. Geiger and Grillitsch are doubtful.

Freiburg is having an incredible season, they are in the DFB Cup Final and are in 5th place in the Bundesliga and only 2 points behind the very important Champions League places but the team is coming of an very crazy game, they were 0:2 down against Gladbach at home in the 1st half, they managed to be up 3:2 in the 2nd half before late in the game they suffered the 3:3 and lost 2 very important points, but in that game they had that Cup game in between weeks and they looked a bit tired and today that should be no problem, they should be fresh here to produce a good game and overall they know how to beat this Hoffenheim team on the road, in their last 3 trips to this stadium they beat them by 3-0, 3-1 and this season for the Cup 4-1. What makes this Freiburg team amazing in that they are collective really strong, they are one of the best defense in the league but also have been great in the attack lately. For this game Freiburg is without Keitel, Schade and Weisshaupt. Gulde and Petersen are doubtful.

I don't see Freiburg has the underdog here, not right now where Hoffenheim hasn't won a game in their last 6 games and they are a team battling with injuries and Freiburg has been really good lately and they only lost 1 game in their last 12 games that they played and that loss came against the Champion Bayern Munchen what kinda shows us how good this Freiburg is and how consistent they are and also they have been very solid on the road too, they are the 4th best road team in the league and like I said, their last 3 trips to this stadium were really good with amazing results and I like their chances here to get another positive outcome, I think that this game will end up in a win or draw for Freiburg.
